Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System seeks a Nuclear Medicine Radiologist to join our academic radiology faculty. You will interpret a broad spectrum of studies including PET/CT, SPECT/CT, and theranostics while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in education, research, and clinical care.

Ideal candidates hold ABR board certification/eligibility in Diagnostic Radiology with completed nuclear medicine fellowship, and licensure in Kansas and Missouri.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO or equivalent.
  • ABR board certified/eligible in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Completion of a nuclear medicine fellowship or ABR subspecialty certification.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret a broad spectrum of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging studies (PET/CT, SPECT/CT, general NM, theranostics).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through tumor boards and conferences.
  • Participate in and expand a growing theranostics program including diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical applications.
