Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our clinical lab team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of diagnostic tests and procedures to support accurate medical diagnoses and high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests across disciplines (chemistry, hematology, microbiology, etc.). Analyze and interpret lab results with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and calibrate lab equipment; ensure quality control and compliance. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff to communicate findings. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, etc.). Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
