Job summary

Sanford Health Marshfield Medical Center seeks a full-time Hospitalist who is BC/BE in Internal Medicine to join the Hospital Medicine department in Marshfield, WI. The role covers a broad inpatient service with medical consultations for subspecialty patients, excluding ICU admissions.

Shifts are 7pm–7am, 7 days on/7 days off, in a Trauma Level II, 500-bed hospital with a closed ICU. We encourage involvement in education and research to sustain our patient care legacy and ongoing clinical

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Hospitalist experience preferred.
• Willingness to work 7pm–7am shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitalist coverage for 7pm–7am shifts.
• Collaborate with subspecialists for inpatient care across medical and surgical units.
• Engage in medical education and research to advance patient care.

Practice Details

Marshfield Medical Center seeks a full-time Hospitalist that is BC/BE in Internal Medicine to join our Hospital Medicine department in Marshfield, WI. The Hospitalist Program provides a core and essential service to the clinic and hospital in Marshfield, WI. The scope of patients on the Hospitalist Service is broad ranging and includes medical consultation for surgical and non-surgical subspecialty patients excluding critical ICU admissions.

• Shifts include 7pm-7am
• 7 days on 7 days off
• Trauma Level II – 500 bed hospital (beds in service 300)
• Closed ICU
