The Department of Neuroradiology at the West Virginia University Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute is seeking a Neuroradiologist (ranks available are Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.Duties: In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.Qualifications: The candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical licensure. Candidate must have completed radiology residency program and neuroradiology fellowship program and must be ABR eligible/certified as well as Neuroradiology CAQ eligible/certified. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.The West Virginia University Neuroradiology Department is an innovative initiative and one of the first in the country. It continues the integration of neurological care, research, and education under the Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute. The department offers the full gamut of advanced neuroimaging services that underpin all facets of clinical and academic neurosciences - from early diagnosis to neuroimaging guided brain therapies for a wide range of functional and cognitive disorders. The department manages a large magnetic resonance imaging operation and provides consultation services to the entire health system.
