WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute seeks a Neuromuscular specialist (Assistant/Associate/Professor) to practice in Morgantown, WV. The successful candidate will treat neuromuscular neurology patients and teach medical students, residents, and fellows.

Academic appointment with a focus on patient care, education, and research; collaboration with neurology, neuropathology, and therapy services; enrollment in a leading multidisciplinary team at WVU Medicine.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligible for state medical license.
• Completed neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship.
• Board certified/eligible in neurology and neuromuscular neurology.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the area of neuromuscular neurology with emphasis on patient care.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across neurology, neuropathology, and therapy services.

West Virginia University Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute and theDepartment of Neurology in the WVU School of Medicine are seeking aNeuromuscular specialist (ranks available: Assistant Professor,Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate willbe expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.

Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area ofneuromuscular neurology. In addition to providing excellent patientcare, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.

Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreignequivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successfulcandidate must have completed neurology residency program as wellas neuromuscular fellowship program. Successful candidates must beboard certified / eligible in neurology and neuromuscularneurology. All qualifications must be met by the time ofappointment.
