Primary Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, appropriate, and effective neurological care
• Ensure compliance with coding and documentation requirements
• Practice evidence-based medicine
• Manage outpatient care with light inpatient rotation
• Maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Conduct follow-up and post-hospital assessments
• Support facility staff through counseling and education
• Participate in management meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Implement quality measures and participate in clinical on-call duties
