Job description

Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist to join our growing neuroscience program in an outpatient-only position. Full practice start-up support is provided.

Position Details
  1. Employment by Medical Group
  2. Opportunity available due to programmatic expansion and market demand for a neurologist in Halifax and Northampton counties
  3. Strong referral support from multiple primary care practices in the area
  4. Outpatient only, with an option for inpatient services
  5. Spacious, recently renovated clinic space
  6. Support from an established neuroscience team at Medical Center, a level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center in Greenville, NC, including the region's only Neuro ICU, dual-trained cerebrovascular neurosurgeons, an interventional neurologist, inpatient stroke neurologists, neurologists, neurointensivists, and a large team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
  7. Competitive compensation and benefits: including final year resident/fellow stipend, annual stipend, relocation assistance, vacation, sick leave, holidays, malpractice (with tail), 401k, 457b, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  8. Additional incentives such as loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends may be available for qualified applicants
