Sourcing Sales Executives (SSE) are responsible for leading meetings and events sales efforts with a focus on global venue sourcing revenue. Each SSE will develop, implement, and manage relationships for small, mid, and enterprise clients in North America. Submit your application if you are driven to sell services, grow a pipeline, and manage venue sourcing actions. The position offers an hourly base pay PLUS uncapped commissions, with potential earnings exceeding $100,000 annually. What You'll Do :

  1. Prospect for new business, build relationships, and cultivate a sales portfolio.
  2. Retain your customer portfolio through outstanding relationship management.
  3. Grow your reach within your customer's company via referrals and presentations.
  4. Provide consultative guidance for site selection services.
  5. Negotiate group hotel contracts to protect customer interests and drive savings.
  6. Showcase value with contract savings reports.
  7. Maintain accurate data in sourcing tools and CRM systems.
  8. Follow up proactively on leads provided by Amex GBT.

What We're Looking For :

  • Prior sales experience in hotel sales, DMO/CVB sales, or venue sourcing for meetings & events.
  • Ability to work standard hours from a professional home office.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Consistent record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of strategic value propositions.
  • Results-oriented with leadership qualities.
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills.
  • Courteous and professional demeanor.
  • CMP certification is a plus but not required.

United States

The hourly wage range is $12.00 to $18.00, based on experience and location. The role is eligible for a sales incentive plan, with comprehensive benefits as detailed in our Benefits-at-a-Glance document.
