West Virginia University Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute and the Department of Neurology in the WVU School of Medicine are seeking a Neurologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will practice at United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV.
Part of the WVU Health System, UHC is a broad, integrated network across West Virginia, Southwestern Pennsylvania, Western Maryland, and Ohio. Opened in 2010, it features 692,000 sq ft, eight stories, 292 private inpatient rooms, and a medical staff of over 381 physicians and extenders.
As West Virginia's largest health system, it includes over 2,400 licensed beds, 3,900 providers, and nearly 30,000 employees. It operates more than 20 hospitals, including West Virginia's first multi-organ transplant center and a new Children's Hospital.
