Responsibilities

Ascension Wisconsin seeks a General Neurologist to join our downtown Milwaukee location, building a vibrant neuroscience program. The role involves providing outpatient neurological services in a well-established team, including neurologists, APPs, neurosurgery, and neurodiagnostic services.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified in Neurology
• Interest in EEGs, EMGs, Botox is a plus
• 36 patient contact hours

Facility

• 24/7 inpatient neuro-hospitalist program
• Support staff: 1 MA per physician
• Neurodiagnostic lab: EEG, EMG/Nerve Studies
• Established neuropsychological and neurointerventional programs
• Comprehensive Stroke Center
• EHR: Epic

Clinic Hours

• Monday-Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• 13-15 patients per day
• No after-hours calls due to telestroke/telemedicine
