Physician, Neuro-Oncology (Assistant Professor)

Summary

The Department of Neurology at Baylor College of Medicine is seeking a qualified physician with training in Neuro-Oncology. The successful candidate will be appointed at a faculty level commensurate with experience and achievement. The role involves providing clinical care for adults and conducting research.

Job Duties
  • Direct patient care in the Department of Neurology’s outpatient practice as well as inpatient clinical services at Baylor’s affiliated institutions.
  • Participation in Neurology and Neuro-Oncology research, including basic science, clinical trials, translational research, and other grant-funded projects.
Minimum Qualifications
  • MD, DO, or MD/PhD degree.
  • Successfully completed residency training in adult neurology in an ACGME-accredited program.
  • Board-eligible/board-certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
  • Fellowship training is not required but will be considered.
  • Applicants who have just completed training will be considered, with previous clinical experience.
