The role requires Neurology board certification, Michigan licensure, and fellowship or specialized neuroimmunology experience.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Neurology.
• Fellowship training or specialized experience in neuroimmunology or related field.
• State of Michigan medical license.
• Experience diagnosing and managing neurodegenerative disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive cognitive assessments and neurologic evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage MS and neuroimmunology disorders in adults and geriatrics.
• Coordinate care with neuropsychologists, social workers, and primary care providers.
• Guide families through disease progression and care planning; educate on resources.
• Participate in memory clinics or multidisciplinary cognitive care programs.
• Engage in education, quality improvement, or research related to cognitive health.
