Northwestern Medicine is actively seeking a BC/BE Nephrology physician to grow the expanding clinic in the Northern Suburbs surrounding Lake Forest Hospital. The position is clinic onsite in Lake Forest, with hospital privileges at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital.

It is an employed full-time role requiring Board certification/eligibility in Nephrology and completion of an ACGME-accredited fellowship, with EPIC EHR implementation across the system.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required for nephrology practice.
• Board certification or eligibility in Nephrology (BC/BE).

Responsibilities
