Seeking BE/BC Neonatologist for our level 2+ NICU near Albany, NY. This is a full-time hospital-employed opportunity with the possibility to moonlight at a nearby level 3 NICU in Albany, NY.

The neonatologist will care for infants in the NICU and mother-baby unit, provide high-risk OB/neonatal consults, and attend high-risk deliveries. Bellevue's Level 2+ Special Care Nursery is one of only three in northeastern New York offering specialized care for infants over 30 weeks gestation requiring non-surgical medical intervention.

Join the region's only inpatient facility dedicated to women and infants, a trusted name in women's health for over 75 years. OB/GYN services include breast care, surgery, gynecologic care, and maternity, featuring the region's first OB/GYN Hospitalist program for enhanced care.

OPPORTUNITY

• 2,000 deliveries annually
• 15-bed level 2B NICU
• Average 190+ NICU admissions annually (ADC 4.6)
• Mother-baby census, ADC 10
• Two providers on weekdays dividing NICU, mother-baby unit, and LDR
• 15 day shifts, 8 out-of-house night calls (including 1 weekend) per month
• Out-of-house call within 20-minute radius
• Care for infants gestational age 30 weeks and older, birthweight >1250 grams
• Supervision and teaching of family medicine residents
