Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Reno is seeking a results-driven healthcare sales/marketing professional to grow referral relationships in the Reno market.

You will conduct physician office calls, network with professional organizations, and support community health events to raise awareness of PAM Health programs. Licensure in nursing, therapy or social work or equivalent marketing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• License in nursing, therapy or social work or significant healthcare marketing experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing; physician outreach preferred.
• Computer literate and able to learn PAM Health information system software.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral relationships in a defined market; physician office calls and networking.
• Support community initiatives and health events to raise PAM Health awareness.

Responsible for the relationship management aspects of referral development in a specific market. This includes physician office calls, networking and participation in professional healthcare organizations and support of community initiatives such as health fairs/screenings, Run/Walks or other community sponsored activities that provide opportunities to raise general awareness of PAM Health programs and services.

• Education and Training: License in nursing, therapy or social work or significant healthcare experience in marketing. Computer literate and desire to enhance skills with PAM Health's information system software.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing. Prior experience calling on physicians is desired.
