PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Beaumont is seeking a healthcare marketing professional responsible for referral development in a designated market. You will cultivate physician relationships, attend health events, and network with professional organizations to raise awareness of PAM Health programs.

Experience in healthcare sales/marketing is required, with preferred background in calling on physicians; strong computer literacy and use of PAM Health information system software are

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing.
• Prior experience calling on physicians is desired.
• License in nursing, therapy or social work or significant healthcare marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral development relationships in a specific market.
• Conduct physician office calls and networking to raise PAM Health program awareness.
• Participate in professional healthcare organizations and community health events.

Responsible for the relationship management aspects of referral development in a specific market. This includes physician office calls, networking and participation in professional healthcare organizations and support of community initiatives such as health fairs/screenings, Run/Walks or other community sponsored activities that provide opportunities to raise general awareness of PAM Health programs and services.

• Education and Training: License in nursing, therapy or social work or significant healthcare experience in marketing. Computer literate and desire to enhance skills with PAM Health's information system software.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare sales/marketing. Prior experience calling on physicians is desired.
