Responsibilities

• Manage relationship aspects of referral development in the allocated market, including physician office calls and networking.
• Participate in professional healthcare organizations and support community initiatives such as health fairs, screenings, run/walk events, or other community‑sponsored activities that raise awareness of PAM Health programs and services.

Qualifications

• Education and Training: License in nursing, therapy, or social work, or significant healthcare marketing experience. Computer literate and willing to enhance skills with PAM Health’s information system software.
• Experience: Minimum two years of healthcare sales/marketing experience. Prior experience calling on physicians is desired.
