This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN.

Highlights:
Community Physician Network is currently seeking a fellowship trained MIGS surgeon to join our busy gynecologic oncology team with Community Health Network. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, flexible and demonstrate a commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine. The opportunity offers:

1. Treatment of gynecological disorders only, no obstetrics
2. Practice includes two gynecologic oncologists, 3 advanced practice providers
3. Partnership with MD Anderson Cancer Center
4. Support & mentorship, close collaboration and support with other specialties

Licensure & Certification:
