With the implementation of the Da Vinci Surgical System in 2026, this physician will have the opportunity to help grow and shape a regional urology program while building a high-volume practice supported by an established referral network and a collaborative medical staff.Step into a market with significant unmet demand for urologic services and the opportunity to build a busy practice from day one. Patients throughout Shawnee and surrounding communities are seeking increased access to urologic care, creating immediate practice growth potential.This position offers a rare combination of autonomy and support.
