SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital – Shawnee in Oklahoma is seeking an experienced urologist to lead a growing program with the new Da Vinci Surgical System.

The physician will build a high-volume practice supported by an established referral network and a collaborative medical staff. Ideal candidates are fellowship-trained in urology, board-certified or eligible, and are committed to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in urology; board-certified or board-eligible.
• Experience in robotic and minimally invasive surgery is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Grow and shape a regional urology program in Shawnee with the new Da Vinci system.
• Develop high-volume practice with dedicated OR time and referral network.
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality urologic care to patients in central and eastern Oklahoma.
• Collaborate with OR, anesthesia, and specialty teams to support growth and recruitment.

With the implementation of the Da Vinci Surgical System in 2026, this physician will have the opportunity to help grow and shape a regional urology program while building a high-volume practice supported by an established referral network and a collaborative medical staff.
