Job summary

SSM Health St. Marys Hospital - Madison in Madison, WI invites applications for a full-time Board Certified Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join a collegial group at the outpatient center.

The role includes inpatient and outpatient care, Endoscopy and tube changes with a four-day clinical week and a dedicated administrative day. The candidate must complete an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency and a pediatric gastroenterology fellowship, and is supported by a robust EPIC EMR and a signing

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited pediatric residency training program.
• Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited pediatric gastroenterology fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care in inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings.
• Perform established procedures including upper and lower endoscopy and tube changes.
• Allocate time for procedures (approximately half a day per week).
• Maintain a four-day clinical work week with one administrative day.
• Support a light call schedule (two weeknights per week and one weekend per month) from home.

SSM Health Dean Medical Group, a 500+ physician multi-specialty group, is actively recruiting a full-time (1.0 FTE) Board Certified Pediatric Gastroenterologist for the SSM Health St. Marys Outpatient Center in Madison, Wisconsin. Become a key provider with this growing clinically focused practice working with an experienced and welcoming senior partner.

Job Details:

• Providing clinical care in the inpatient, outpatient, and procedural setting.
• Established procedures include upper and lower endoscopy and tube changes.
• Anticipate two (1/2 days) per week for procedures.
• Excellent procedural, pharmacy and infusion services.
• Four-day clinical work week with one administrative day
• Anticipated call of two weeknights per week and one weekend per month; call is light and taken from home.
• Currently no outreach but with continued growth we will be looking to develop a regional presence.
• Fully integrated EPIC EMR across the system.
• Two-year guaranteed salary with wRVU production and signing bonus.
