About The Position

Compensation: $200,000 to $500,000. Monday – Friday, 9AM to 5PM, No Weekends and No Calls. Days part-time available also.

There are opportunities for full or part-time Hospitalist Physicians in Sturbridge, MA. The Hospitalist will provide exceptional medical care in a Long-Term Care Facility and Skilled Nursing Facility. As an integral member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive compensation package with opportunities for financial growth based on patient volume and performance. Full-time physicians currently earn between $300,000 - $500,000 per year, with potential to earn over $500,000 based on productivity and patient load. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing medical education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a relevant specialty.
  • Active and unrestricted medical license in the state(s) where services will be rendered.
