4. Hospital-employed role doing bread and butter cases or ERCP/EUS.
5. High patient volume: 10-12 procedures and 15-20 clinic patients daily.
6. Schedule: Monday through Friday, with a 1:6 call schedule; no radius for call.
7. Night coverage by an NP and nocturnist 7 days a week.
