Qualifications

Family First Health is a federally qualified community health center that understands that not every individual or community shares the same needs. That’s why we provide primary medical, dental, and behavioral health care at seven convenient locations in diverse geographic regions across Lebanon, York, Adams, and Lancaster Counties to serve our patients. Family First Health also offers social service programs for those living with HIV/AIDS and first-time mothers, as well as substance use service programs. The Physician will also document patient visits and monitor and facilitate other activities related to patient care. The Physician will work alongside their support staff team to treat newborn to geriatric patients and multiple generations of the same families in an outpatient setting.
