CenterWell Primary Care, part of Humana, seeks a Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient care for adults and seniors in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The role emphasizes value-based care, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership.

The position requires an MD/DO, an active license, board certification in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine, and at least 2 years' experience in geriatric care. Compensation includes benefits and relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes.

• If hired, we will require you to be screened for TB.

Work Environment

• You will work onsite in an outpatient clinical setting.

• Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Pay Range

The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
