Rocky Mountain Senior Care in Denver is seeking a full‑time or part‑time outpatient Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We emphasize work/lifestyle balance while delivering high‑quality care across a wide range of pathology.

Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000–$134,000 with an uncapped wRVU income structure. Call compensation is weekday $150, weekend $250, holidays $275, and PTO starts at 17 days with eight holidays.

Rocky Mountain Senior Care is the largest post‑acute care practice in Colorado, serving 700+ facilities across Colorado Springs, Denver, and Fort Collins.

Job Description

We are looking for a full‑time or part‑time outpatient Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Denver.

Compensation & Call

• Base salary: $120,000—$134,000
• Uncapped wRVU income structure
• Call compensation: weekday $150, weekend $250, holidays $275
• Call schedule: every other month, with flexibility to trade or take others’ call
