Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Physician (M.D./D.O.) – Primary Care to join an incredible team at our Massachusetts facility in Bridgewater. This full-time role treats pediatric through geriatric patients with a flexible schedule and no weekend shifts.

Affiliated with a major Academic Teaching Hospital, we offer competitive base pay ($220,000–$260,000), excellent benefits, 403B with match, generous PTO, CME coverage, and a collaborative culture with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a Medical Doctor (M.D./D.O.) from an accredited school.
• Must be Board-Certified (or eligible) in Family Medicine and/or Primary Care.
• Experience treating the full lifespan (newborn to geriatric).
• Active MA State license.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Treat pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.
• Full-time, Monday–Friday with no weekends.
• Flexible schedule (8's, 10's, 12's).
