Job summary

Pacific Medical Specialty Group, LLC is seeking compassionate MD/DO physicians to deliver care in post‑acute and long‑term care facilities across Oregon, Washington, Alaska, and Montana. Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required with board certification or eligibility.
• Oregon medical license or eligibility.
• DEA registration, NPI number, and prescriptive authority.
• Excellent communication and collaborative‑care skills.
• Experience in geriatrics or post‑acute care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in skilled nursing and post‑acute facilities.
• Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nursing teams, facility admins, and other clinicians to improve outcomes.
• Develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans and coordinate referrals when needed.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EMR and ensure continuity of care.
• Support clinical leadership as Medical Director for assigned facilities and lead quality initiatives.
