IU Health Ball Memorial Physicians is seeking an experienced Physician to lead our highly skilled and respected provider team in Muncie, Indiana.

This individual will exemplify a commitment to the highest quality clinical care and collaborate with the non-physician Administrative Director and Chief Physician Executive in a dyad framework to enhance operations based on patient and workforce needs, focusing on operational excellence and growth.

The leader will work with system stakeholders and administrative partners on operations, strategic planning, workforce development, continuous team improvement, and quality and professionalism evaluations.

This role requires a dedication to educational excellence, fostering an environment supportive of the teaching and research missions of the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Position Details

• Physician Leader for: Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Hematology/Oncology, Nephrology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Pain Management, PM&R, and Rheumatology
• Adjunct Faculty appointment with Indiana University School of Medicine
• Schedule: 5 days/week including (.5 FTE) administrative time

Qualifications

• Mid-career (5+ years of experience)
• Board Certified (BC) with Fellowship required
• MD/DO licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
