Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical case reviews, share tools, information, and guidelines related to quality of care
• Engage with the community and establish relationships on behalf of TeamHealth
• Collaborate with leadership on care coordination initiatives
• Develop intervention plans and address network and risk management issues
• Work with pharmacists on medication management
• Implement individualized patient care plans
• Ensure timely chart completions and pharmacy recommendations
• Provide oversight and mentorship to clinicians in the area

Preferred experience includes medical director roles in skilled nursing facilities. However, board-certified clinicians in family medicine (FM), primary care, internal medicine (IM), emergency medicine (EM), adult, post-acute, home health, hospice, palliative, urgent care, and hospital medicine (HM) are encouraged to apply. Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS), with an estimated annual salary range of $319,688 to $383,625 and no cap on productivity income. Additional signing bonuses are available.
