Job summary

OnPoint Medical Group LLC is seeking a Physician Lead for OnPoint Pediatrics at Highlands Ranch. The role entails expanding leadership responsibilities while maintaining clinical practice, with 32 patient-facing hours in a 4-day week and close work with the Senior Physician Lead.

The position includes representing the practice in leadership activities, participating in Medical Advisory Committee meetings, strategy sessions, and organizational events as needed.

Qualifications

• Physician in good standing and eligible to practice within the organization.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing as a physician.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical teams, and operational leadership.
• Willingness to participate in leadership meetings, committees, and strategy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Physician Lead on clinical, operational, and strategic priorities.
• Serve as a physician leadership resource for providers and team members.
• Support provider engagement, communication, collaboration, and a positive practice culture.
• Assist with clinical quality, patient experience, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Identify workflow and provider-related opportunities and drive improvements.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and retention efforts.
• Lead and cover when the Senior Physician Lead is unavailable.
• Maintain active clinical practice and model OnPoint standards.
