Job description

Mercy Hospital in Joplin, Missouri, has an exceptional Interventional Radiology opportunity for a physician BC/BE in Interventional Radiology. Mercy is a large healthcare system with hospitals and clinics across Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, facilitating interaction with a large, multi-specialty group.

  1. Work with a collegial, experienced team of 4 Diagnostic Radiologists and 1.5 Interventional Radiologists.
  2. Flexible schedule available, including a standard day shift with 1:6 call.
  3. VRC coverage after 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. 365 days a year.
  4. Equipment includes:
    • Two 1.5 Tesla MRI units
    • New Canon 320 Slice CT
    • Canon Ultrasound Units
    • GE CT with Fluoroscopy
    • Siemens Interventional Fluoroscopy Room
    • Siemens Remote Fluoroscopy Room
  5. Opportunity to teach medical students from Kansas City University.
