Rush Copley Medical Center in Aurora, Illinois, part of the Rush University System for Health network of hospitals, invites applications for the position of Interventional Cardiologist.

We seek candidates who are board-eligible or board-certified in interventional cardiology and have a demonstrated interest in coronary heart disease and peripheral vascular disease. Ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to clinical service, excellent communication skills, a collaborative work style, and a team approach to clinical medicine. Rush has specialists dedicated to comprehensively diagnosing and treating virtually every type of cardiac or vascular problem in adults. Our services include general cardiology, interventional cardiology, and electrophysiology. We have a fully equipped diagnostic center that includes nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular ultrasound. We offer early detection and screening programs, an outpatient chest pain center, and advanced cardiovascular techniques.

Rush features a state-of-the-art interventional cardiology program equipped to offer standard cardiac catheterization to high-risk PCI with advanced circulatory support. In addition, we have a well-equipped peripheral vascular lab offering patients routine peripheral angiography and endovascular interventions. The interventional program’s existing four (4) operators provide 24/7 STEMI and inpatient coverage as well as outpatient clinic and Cath lab services.
