Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a high-volume, academic-minded cardiology group.

Responsibilities

• Perform full scope of coronary interventional procedures.

• Share in equitable night and weekend call coverage.

Our interventional cardiologists currently perform the entire breath of procedures including PCI, primary PCI, high risk and CTO PCI, mechanical support device placement, TAVR, valvuloplasty, mTEER, Tricuspid valve interventions, left atrial appendage closure, alcohol septal ablation, ASD/PFO closure, peripheral vascular, pulmonary embolism and CardioMems interventions. They also participate in numerous clinical trials.

Typical Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform full scope of coronary interventional procedures.
• Structural Heart training not required.
• Provide comprehensive, compassionate outpatient and inpatient cardiovascular care.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams, primary care physicians, and surgical specialists at Trinity Health Ann Arbor.
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review.
• Share in equitable night and weekend call coverage responsibilities.
• Optional (for qualified candidates): Engage in Structural Heart program based on training and practice needs.
