Sanford Health – Marshfield Clinic in Colby, Wisconsin is seeking a BC/BE Med-Peds physician to join our well-established primary care practice. This 100% outpatient clinic offers collaborative care with Behavioral Health Integrated Care Nurse and Diabetic Educator.

Qualifications

Job Description

Provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages throughout their lifespan.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of a residency in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics.
• Must hold an active medical license for each state in which the physician practices – either physically or virtually.
• Must have a DEA for each state in which the physician physically practices.
• Dual Certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and American Board of Pediatrics or equivalent (American Osteopathic Board, Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada).
• If physician is not board certified upon commencement of employment, they must achieve board certification as outlined in the privileging documents.
• Privileging documents and related credentialing requirements will supersede this job description in defining minimum qualifications, criteria, and scope of practice, if variation between documents exists.
