Job summary

The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education in Northeastern PA seeks board certified/board eligible physicians for inpatient teaching roles in Wilke-Barre and Scranton. This full-time position includes call responsibilities, patient care in hospital settings, and supervising residents with a half-day clinic at a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Qualifications

• MD degree and Pennsylvania medical license required.

DESCRIPTION

The Wright Center is an independent, non-profit, community-based and governed GME Safety-Net Consortium that has been recognized by Health Resources and Services Administration as a pioneering Teaching Health Center (THC). This position with call responsibilities will provide patient care service and supervise residents in our local hospitals with half day of clinic in our federally qualified look-alike health center.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts. We cannot accommodate a 7 on, 7 off schedule.
