Banner Health is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join an established primary care practice in Fallon, Nevada. This NHSC-certified site offers meaningful rural medicine with the resources of a large health system, in a safe, family-friendly community just an hour from Reno.

The role is 100% outpatient with no inpatient coverage or call, offering 4–5 day work week options and dedicated 1:1 Medical Assistant support. Competitive recruitment incentives apply.

Banner Healths Compensation Package Includes:

Recruitment incentives of $125,000+

“$125,000 sign-on/relocation incentive when loan repayment is not needed

$60,000 sign-on/relocation incentive + up to $100,000 loan repayment

$1,500/month resident stipend

during the final 12 months of training after signing the employment contract (up to $18,000 total)

Requirements:
