Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required and board eligible or board certified in internal medicine or family medicine.
• Active Missouri medical license or eligible for licensure in Missouri.
• ACLS/BLS certification, DEA license, and board certification/eligibility required.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: MD/DO

Experience: Team-oriented, patient-focused physician with a commitment to excellence. Strong communication skills

Licensure: BC/BE in Specialty, ACLS and BLS Certified, DEA License, and Missouri Board of Registration of the Healing Arts.
