Job summary

CompHealth invites physicians in western Kentucky to join a hospital-employed team serving Princeton and surrounding communities. The role covers outpatient clinics and inpatient care within a supportive system that includes diagnostics, imaging, and telemedicine services.

The position emphasizes collaboration with primary care physicians, specialists, and APPs, with a productivity-based bonus system and initial year incentives.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians considered.
• Hospital-employed position offering both outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage.
• Onsite laboratory, imaging, surgical, therapy, and telemedicine services available.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage as part of a hospital team.
• Join a collaborative team of physicians and APPs across specialties.
• Manage a patient panel with 25–30 patients per day across all ages.
• Participate in a hospital call rotation up to 1:3.

• Monday - Friday schedule with possible 4.5-day workweek and dedicated administrative time
• Hospital-employed position offering outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage
• Hospital call rotation up to 1:3, shared with other providers
• Expected clinic volume of 25 - 30 patients per day across all age groups
• Productivity-based bonus system with threshold waived during initial year
• Join a collaborative team of primary care physicians, specialists, and APPs
