Job summary

CompHealth is recruiting a hospital-employed Family Medicine physician for Oxford, Florida, a family-friendly community located about an hour north of Orlando. This role supports a stable schedule and a supportive practice environment tailored to work-life balance.

The position offers a Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm schedule with no weekend requirements, a call requirement tied to your patient panel, and a patient load of 17–24 per day with flexible intake.

• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; Family Medicine also encouraged to apply.
• Hospital-employed, full-time position with flexible schedule and practice structure.
• Call responsibilities tied to patient panel and expected patient load.
• We coordinate interviews, assist with licenses, and negotiate salary/contracts.
