Job summary

CompHealth is seeking a geriatric physician for Albany, NY, offering a choice of 4 or 5‑day weeks and about 34 patient contact hours. You’ll work in PACE and home health with a mixed-age population in the Capital Region. Opportunities exist for teaching and precepting within an academic geriatric fellowship program.

Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are welcome; DEA is required. Starting and retention bonuses are available, with loan repayment through PSLF and comprehensive support

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in geriatrics.
• DEA license required.
• Experience in geriatric care and teaching/or precepting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in PACE and home health settings in the Capital Region.
• Manage an average patient census of 15–16 patients with a mixed-age population.
• Engage in teaching and precepting with an academic geriatric fellowship program.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with licenses and contract negotiation.

Salary from $250000.00 to $270000.00 annually
