The Medical Director is responsible for managing a minimum of fourteen patients per day, coordinating patient scheduling, monitoring charts, guide medical staff and troubleshoot as necessary. Ultimately, ensuring that the patient is receiving the highest quality of care. The Medical Director is also responsible for building a dynamic team by interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
