Job Summary

Corewell Health in St Joseph, MI, is seeking a full-time Physician to join the dedicated House Calls team of providers to help meet the needs of homebound patients in our community.

HouseCalls is a primary care provider service for people who are homebound and need ongoing medical care. This team also sees patients in assisted-living and long-term care facilities.

Full-time opportunity, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a guaranteed salary! If you have a passion for helping patients and families manage complex, multi-dimensional challenges in various settings, this is the opportunity for you!

Qualifications

• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association, within 120 days
