Job Summary
The physician manages patient care within their primary practice, leading an interdisciplinary team while adhering to high standards of ethics and professionalism, supporting Atrium Health’s mission, vision, and values.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions:
· Performs medical history, physical exams, assessments, and determines treatment plans.
· Documents all patient encounters accurately and timely.
· Acts as a patient and family advocate.
· Participates in quality improvement and service initiatives.
· Adheres to access, productivity policies, and care protocols to ensure quality and cost-effective care.
· Participates in meetings and committees.

MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board eligible; Board certified within three years of start date. Maintenance of certification required.

Limits access to PHI as necessary, sharing only on a need-to-know basis, with access controlled via user ID and password.
