1. Shift: Night shift; 7pm-7am
2. Schedule: 14 shifts per month; 7 on, 7 off
3. Admissions: Required, approximately 15 per night, split between NP and residents
4. Procedures: Not required but preferred
5. Codes/Rapids: Required
6. APP support: Available
7. Open ICU
