Physician / Hospitalist - Pediatric / Wisconsin / Locum tenens / General Pediatrics

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Pediatrician to provide locums coverage for outpatient and inpatient services starting July 2025. This position involves outpatient clinic coverage and rotating call coverage for the newborn nursery. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to at least two weeks per month and will work with support from Medical Assistants (MA) and Registered Nurses (RN) in the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outpatient clinic coverage (20-22 patients per day)
  • Rotating call for newborn nursery (0-1 patients per day)
  • Work alongside MA and RN support in the clinic
  • Ensure high-quality care for pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents
  • Coordinate with nursing and support staff for optimal patient care
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Pediatrics
  • Active Wisconsin Medical License or current IMLC Letter of Eligibility (preferred)
  • Experience in outpatient and inpatient pediatric care
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting with excellent communication skills
