Position: Full-Time Nocturnist Physician

Seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Practice Physician for a full-time nocturnist role. The schedule includes 14 shifts per 28-day block, with a 7on/7off rotation. Shifts are 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 182 shifts per year with swapping flexibility. The position involves adult medicine only, utilizing MediTech EMR.

Compensation and Benefits

1. Annual Salary: $350,000.00 base salary
2. Productivity Bonus: $5/RVU, approximately $20,000 - $30,000 annually
3. Sign-On Bonus
4. CME Allowance: $3,000 per year
5. Benefits:
