We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Internal Medicine or Med-Peds Hospitalist to join a dedicated team near Greenville, NC. This position offers a 7 on 7 off schedule with responsibilities including daily rounding, admissions, discharges, and essential procedures. Seeking a BE/BC Internal Med or Med Ped Hospitalist to join a team of exceptional providers.

• Employed
• Clinical responsibilities will include: Level II nursery and well newborn nursery (for Med-Peds trained physicians), daily rounding, admissions, discharges, vent management and intubation, central line placement and thoracentesis
• 7 on 7 off Schedule - 7a-7p with 2/ 7p-7a shifts every other week
• ICU is covered by pulmonary critical care physicians from 8-5pm, and covered by hospitalist team nights and weekends
• Established team of 6 hospitalists
• Anticipated Volume is 15-20 patients
• Strong air and ground support to immediately transfer patients to level 1 trauma center located in Greenville, NC
• System-wide integrated EMR EPIC
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Close proximity to and ability to live in nearby Greenville, NC
