Nocturnist Opening Near Duluth, MN

Join a physician-led organization offering a nocturnist position an hour north of Duluth, MN.

Position Details

• Shifts are 7 on, 7 off; from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• Coverage includes ICU, ventilator management, cross cover, code and rapid response, and admissions
• Provide tele-hospitalist coverage, including admissions, for other Critical Access Hospitals
• Opportunities to participate in hospital-based research, quality, and clinical initiatives
• Work in a friendly, collegial environment with a team comprising 1 physician and 1 Advanced Practice Provider on day shifts
• Facilities include a full laboratory and radiology services such as MRI and CT
• Procedures are not required for this role
• The hospital is a 30-bed Level IV Trauma Center and certified Stroke Ready facility
• On-campus multi-specialty clinic offers services including Primary Care with Behavioral Health, Anesthesiology, Dermatology, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Occupational Medicine, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Surgery, and visiting specialties
• EMR is EPIC, integrated across the system
• A generous starting bonus is included for qualified candidates
