A financially secure, thriving Physician-owned and led group in New England is seeking a Hospitalist to join their team to support growth on the dayside rotation. The community offers all the amenities of a major metro location without the traffic and high cost of living. Enjoy quality care with an average census of 16-18 patients per day and a 20 patient cap. Intensivists support the ICU, and the swing shift manages admissions, allowing the Hospitalist team to focus on high patient satisfaction and efficient, quality care.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, Internal Medicine-trained, Board Certified Hospitalist MD/DO with an active Massachusetts license, seeking long-term stability within a physician-led group known for high-quality care and work/life balance.
